By accessing or using Smplify's platform-native device management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including security solution vendors, MSPs, MSSPs, and end customers.
Smplify hosts and manages the infrastructure for device management services, providing a secure platform where:
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Authorized Use: You may only use the service for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data and information provided to the platform.
You agree not to:
Pricing: Our transparent per-endpoint pricing model is available on request. Enterprise and partner pricing may vary based on volume and integration requirements.
Payment: Fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
Suspension: We may suspend service for non-payment after 30 days past due, with 10 days written notice.
Infrastructure Hosting: Smplify hosts and manages all device management infrastructure, including secure storage of customer device data.
Entitlement-Based Access: Vendors can only access customer device data when the customer has valid entitlements with that vendor. Access is controlled and audited through our platform.
Data Ownership: While Smplify hosts the infrastructure and manages device data, customers retain ownership of their data. Vendors access data only with proper entitlements.
Client Data (MSPs/MSSPs): Client device data is managed by Smplify with clear segregation and access controls based on your customer entitlements.
Platform Data: Smplify retains rights to aggregated, anonymized usage data for platform improvement and analytics.
Uptime: We target 99.9% uptime for our platform, measured monthly.
Support: Business hours support is included. Premium support options are available for enterprise customers.
Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance when possible.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMPLIFY'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time with 30 days written notice.
By Us: We may terminate for cause immediately, or without cause with 30 days notice.
Data Export: Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
